What NHS surplus? We’ve been constantly told it’s too expensive and we can’t afford it, which really doesn’t sound like there’s any surplus! Not that I believe we can’t afford the NHS it’s just that the rich and powerful don’t want to pay their taxes so we can afford the NHS, but that’s another question!
