Listening to a Radio 4 interview with Nas Amir Ahmadi MD of Detox in a Box (pictured right) and Dr Ben Goldacre of Bad Science on the benefits or not of detox, Dr Goldacre asked Ahmadi about the claims on her company’s website.

Ahmadi claimed Dr Goldacre was mistaken and no such claims where made on her website, and indeed if you got to the page in question now the page has been changed to.

However, I was quick enough to save an image of the page and if you click the thumbnail left you can see shows Dr Goldacre is indeed correct and I’d expect the page to change again before the day is out.

What a lying two-faced git, Nas Amir Ahmadi is, anything to sell her quack Detox in a box, avoid at all costs. Oh and the spelling mistakes are all her websites.

BBC presenter Jeremy Clarkson thought the furore over the government’s loss of the personal details of 25 million people as a storm in a teacup. In an effort to prove this Clarkson published his bank account details and information on how people could find out his address in a national newspaper.

Believing that “All you’ll be able to do with them is put money into my account. Not take it out. Honestly, I’ve never known such a palaver about nothing”.

However, Clarkson admitted he was wrong after he discovered a £500 direct debit had been set up in favour of the charity Diabetes UK.

Now why couldn’t someone have taken the sexist ignoramus for more?
